Origins

Fixation launched in 2014 as a production vehicle to leverage the potential of the World Fixer network. From our UK base we manage an extended global network of producers, fixers, service co's, crew and creative talent.

Core Team

1. Mike Garrod

Founder/CEO

Mike started out in camera department in London in 2000, working on independent drama, visual effects and TV. Since then he's been a director, writer, producer and exec taking on projects ranging from documentary and large scale TV formats to global campaigns and experiential for best loved brands in over 45 countries.

2. Will Olsen

Head Of Production

Hailing from Australia, Will spent 10 years working in creative agencies in London, handling large accounts for some of the biggest brands out there. He worked his way up from Producer to Head of Film before joining Fixation as Head of Production. Solid global experience, attention to detail and a calm approach make him a perfect fit.

Our Network

The World Fixer network boasts over 11,000 members. Designed as a ‘social media’ style platform our registration and vetting process is done manually by admins.
